Privacy policy

The short version: we look after your details, only email you because you asked us to, and you can leave whenever you like.

What we collect

When you sign up for emails we collect your first name, your email address and, if you tell us, roughly where you're based.

When you become a member we also keep a record of your membership. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

What we use it for

To send you Sisterhood news, event invites and anything you've asked for, like the first-30-days checklist. Knowing where you're based helps us tell you about catch-ups near you.

We only email you because you've said yes. We'll never sell your details or pass them on for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps us

We use MailerLite to send our emails and Stripe to take membership payments. They only use your information to provide those services to us.

The self-employed quiz and workbook

What we collect: your name, email address, your quiz answers and, if you buy the workbook, confirmation that you've paid. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see them.

Why: to show and save your personalised plan, create your workbook, and email you your results and download link.

Where it's stored: our website database, MailerLite (for emails) and Stripe (for payments).

How long we keep it: if you don't buy the workbook, your quiz answers are deleted after 12 months. If you do buy it, we keep them so your download link keeps working, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data any time. Just email hello@jointhesisterhood.co.uk.

Unsubscribing and your rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list, no questions asked.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email hello@jointhesisterhood.co.uk.
